Order Tracking

Incorrect Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful's facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment.

Returns

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
